Fitness is something that is very important for modern men and women. Both of them aspire to be healthy and good-looking. They  wonder how celebrities manage to be so beautiful and admirable even if they are far from their young years. The secret of these people is healthy diet, positive thinking and, of course, fitness. Such two concepts as fitness and health are indivisible,  as proverb  says "a healthy spirit in a healthy body".  Fitness exercises improve the condition of cardiovascular system, strengthen muscles and maintain stamina.

So, what does the term fitness actually mean? In fact, this is a number of exercises selected to improve your health, lose weight and make your figure neat. There is a great number of fitness exercises, which are developed for certain purpose. For example, cardioexercises are meant to accelerate metabolism, thus contributing to weight loss. Usually such exercises are common for women's fitness, because women are more apt to attend fitness centers  with the purpose of becoming slimmer. Women's fitness  includes aerobics, fitness latina, pilates, aqua aerobics and many others. It differs from men's fitness, first of all, with its fitness equipment.  For example, equipment for aerobics consists of  rug, dumbbells and fitball. These facilities are enough to make women's muscles strong and their siluette attractive. Of course, men's fitness is similar to women's fitness, but considering the fact that they need more intensive exercises, their fitness includes harder exercises and more involved fitness equipment. As a result, a strong half of mankind gets wide shoulders and sculpts their abs and upper body.

Nowadays we can notice that more and more people are attending fitness centers with their families. Family fitness is especially popular in European countries, but certainly this trend has slowly integrated into other countries.  So, what can your nearest and dearest find in a fitness center? Your children will be happy to attend dancing classes, and your spouse may improve his shape in a gym. As for women’s fitness – the abovementioned variety of options will satisfy the whims of practically every woman. The advantage of such centers is that they are open from early morning till evening. So, if you wish, you can buy a fitness center member card and have 24 hour fitness access. But those, who are obsessed with getting in great shape at any means and have workouts seven days a week, must be aware that much fitness exercise can damage health. In this case  physical fitness has nothing to do with health. Sometimes people spend days and nights in the gym trying to achieve physical fitness and hereby damaging their health. Fitness and health must go together but in such case fitness may harm health. So, what should be done? The golden middle way will help you here. Enjoy family fitness or attend a fitness center alone, but do it twice or three times a week. Such schedule will keep you fit and improve your health.
